Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines and products to clients, upselling effectively to meet their needs.
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records using salon software such as zenoti to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to uphold health standards and ensure client safety during all treatments.
• Provide expert makeup application, hair threading, hair styling, and hair extension services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and consultations, fostering long-term relationships.
• Engage with guests at the front desk, managing inquiries, booking appointments, and providing exceptional guest services that promote loyalty.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and attract new clients through engaging content.
• Support retail sales by recommending products aligned with client needs and conducting promotional activities.
• Keep current with industry trends such as botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser procedures, tattooing techniques, and advanced body waxing methods to deliver innovative services.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and body waxing.
• Strong management skills to handle appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales efficiently.
• Familiarity with salon software such as zenoti for seamless operations.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about treatments and skincare routines.
• Ability to perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, barbering or straight razor shaves is preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean working environment.
• Experience in Med Spa settings or hospitality environments is a plus for delivering top-tier guest experiences.
• Skills in social media management for marketing purposes are highly desirable.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
