Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team on a part-time, commission-based basis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an existing clientele and the motivation to grow with us. You must be confident in upselling, educating clients, and creating strong client relationships that foster retention and referrals.

We provide all tools, equipment, and professional supplies. You’ll also receive training on our devices and advanced treatment modalities to strengthen your skills and expand your service offerings.

Please note: This is a commission-only position — there is no hourly pay. If you are not comfortable with this compensation structure, please do not apply.

Compensation

• 35% commission on services performed for clients booked through the studio
• 40% commission on services performed for clients you bring into the studio
• Both commission rates are calculated after product cost and profit
• 100% of client tips go directly to you

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials, extractions, and skincare treatments
• Provide body and facial waxing, dermaplaning, and Hydrofacial services
• Treat and manage all Fitzpatrick skin types, including acne-prone, sensitive, and mature skin
• Recommend and sell skincare products from our in-house lines based on client needs
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and at-home skincare routines
• Maintain a sanitized and professional treatment room
• Deliver an excellent client experience that builds loyalty and retention
• Confidently upsell services and products to maximize client results
• Stay up to date with new techniques and devices through ongoing training
• Work independently while collaborating with the studio team

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician License in the state of Florida
• Skilled in facials, extractions, waxing, dermaplaning, and Hydrofacial treatments
• Experience with acne-prone skin and all Fitzpatrick skin types
• Existing clientele with the drive to grow further
• Microneedling and chemical peel experience is a plus (training provided)
• Confident in product knowledge and client education
• Punctual, dependable, and motivated by performance
• Strong communication and client service skills
