Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a licensed, skilled, and client-focused Med Spa Esthetician to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate skincare professional to provide exceptional services, including eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and advanced skin treatments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills. Duties:

• Perform a variety of esthetic, skincare services including professional skincare treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and microneedling.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and skin conditions.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their skincare routines.
• Provide expert education to clients on skincare regimens, treatment expectations, and pre/post-care instructions.
• Ability to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Offer exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively.
• Keeping detailed records of client treatments and progress, making notes of any allergies and skin conditions the client may have.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends through ongoing education.
• Adhering to all legal and ethical standards related to esthetic procedures and client confidentiality.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
• Proven experience with professional skincare treatments.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies within a beauty or skincare setting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments and advanced skincare procedures is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Salary: $18.00 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission
