We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing aesthetics & wellness collective at Maven Haus.

This is not your typical spa role. We’re building a team of providers who are confident in their craft, obsessed with skin health, and committed to delivering elevated, personalized experiences. If you love helping clients feel their absolute best while working in a modern, collaborative environment—this is your space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver customized, results-driven facial treatments tailored to each client
• Perform services such as facials, advanced exfoliation, dermaplaning, acne treatments, and back facials
• Utilize and be knowledgeable in advanced esthetic technologies including Hydrafacial and nano infusion treatments
• Provide thorough consultations, skincare education, and personalized treatment plans
• Recommend and confidently sell professional skincare to support client results
• Create a welcoming, elevated experience that keeps clients coming back

The Maven Haus Standard

• Maintain top-tier sanitation, safety, and treatment room standards
• Work collaboratively with our team of providers and front desk to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay current on skincare trends, treatments, and product knowledge (we specifically carry SkinMedica and Colorescience)
• Contribute to social media and brand presence (we love a provider who shows up online)
• Take ownership of your schedule, client relationships, and growth

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Esthetician license
• Experience in a med spa or results-driven skincare environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Hydrafacial, nano infusion, and corrective skincare treatments
• Familiarity with medical-grade skincare lines such as SkinMedica and Colorescience (training provided, prior experience preferred)
• Confidence in consultations, client education, and retail recommendations
• A team player with a positive, professional, and motivated attitude
• Someone who wants to grow—not just clock in and out
