Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines and retail products to enhance client results.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Engage clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and encouraging client reviews to boost visibility.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a warm, inviting environment and addressing client needs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling relevant skincare solutions to meet client goals.
• Support front desk duties including greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and handling inquiries with effective communication skills.
• Stay current on industry trends such as hair extensions, hair threading, nail care, makeup application, tattooing techniques, and esthetic laser treatments to offer innovative services.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in performing advanced esthetic procedures like dermal fillers, Botox treatments, laser therapy, and facial treatments in a med spa or salon setting.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong background in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly hospitality approach that fosters guest loyalty.
• Experience in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online is highly desirable.
