Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments , and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or product regimens.
• Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance their skincare routines.
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote services, share skin care tips, and build lasting relationships.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training on topics like color theory, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, and Med spa procedures.
• Support upselling efforts by recommending additional treatments or products that align with clients’ aesthetic goals.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices and advanced esthetic techniques.
• Strong management skills to handle multiple appointments while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Ability to perform specialized treatments including dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser therapy, tattooing (if certified), nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and deep tissue massage.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to maximize service revenue while delivering value to clients.
• Competence in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online.
• Passion for continuous learning about new beauty trends such as dermabrasion techniques or esthetic laser treatments. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
