Compensation
The listed hourly rate reflects post-probationary pay. All new team members begin with a 90-day probationary period, after which a performance review is conducted. Qualified employees advance to the standard pay rate based on performance, skill, and overall contribution.

Average hourly earnings, including tips, typically range from $55–$70 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services, including fully customized facials
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming, professional environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized care and education

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in esthetic services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and Dermaplaning
• Active esthetician license required
