Be Well Holistic Massage Wellness Center, P.A. in Ocala, FL, established in 2017, is seeking Licensed & Insured Estheticians as independent contractors.

• Earn 40% commission & 100% tips initially, with the potential to increase to 45.5% commission + 100% tips with reliability and cleanliness after 6 months and up to 50% commission + 100% tips after a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Demonstrate and recommend skincare products, makeup application techniques, and retail items.
• Conduct esthetic treatments as required, ensuring client safety and comfort.

Bonus:

• Perform body waxing and other esthetic treatments while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Facial Specialist

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license with at least 1+ years' experience providing facials.
