Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care
• Provide body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application to meet diverse client needs
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their individual skin types and concerns
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences clearly
• Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and packages to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Stay current with industry trends such as tattooing techniques, esthetic laser advancements, and color theory to deliver innovative services

Skills

• Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach that builds trust and loyalty
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a spa or clinic setting
• Certified in cosmetology with specialized training in esthetic treatments and skin care techniques
• Familiarity with EMR systems for record keeping and appointment management
• Ability to perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, tattooing, and laser treatments confidently
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application to enhance client features effectively
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and aftercare instructions
