Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct professional skin analysis and recommend customized treatment plans based on individual skin types and concerns.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring a flawless finish that boosts client confidence.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document treatments, client preferences, and progress.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
• Upsell products and services effectively to enhance client satisfaction while supporting the growth of the business.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proof of certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Demonstrated experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols to ensure client safety at all times.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient record-keeping and appointment management.
• Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and an eye for detail in aesthetic work.
• Ability to perform hair threading, medical records management, tattooing (if applicable), and other specialized treatments as needed.
