Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and confident Licensed Esthetician to join our established skincare and waxing team at Charm City Skin. This is a high-standard position focused on full body waxing, including Brazilian waxing, and customized skincare services.

This is not a beginner role. We have a loyal client base, with many clients who have been coming to us for 10+ years. We are looking for someone who can step into a professional environment, deliver consistent results, and build strong client relationships.

This position will include a combination of service provider hours and front desk responsibilities, with the opportunity for the role to evolve over time.

Duties
-Perform a full range of waxing services, including Brazilian waxing. Comfort working with all anatomy is required.
-Provide customized facials and skincare treatments based on client needs and skin analysis.
-Evaluate skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments, products, and long-term skincare plans.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships through education, consistency, and results.
-Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas.
-Recommend retail products and treatment packages to support client results and contribute to sales.
-Assist with front desk responsibilities including client check-in, scheduling, and overall spa flow as needed.
-Work collaboratively within a shared client environment while supporting team operations.

Qualifications
-Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician.
-Minimum of 2 years experience working as a licensed esthetician outside of school.
-Strong, confident waxing skills with the ability to perform Brazilian waxing on all anatomy. Will train for all anatomy.
-Solid understanding of skin conditions, ingredients, and treatment planning.
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
-Reliable, self-motivated, and consistently on time.
-Ability to work in a team-oriented, shared client environment with a professional and no-drama mindset.

Additional skills such as lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, and brow stain are a plus but not required.

Schedule
Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (required)
Monday 12:00 PM–6:30 PM
Tuesday or Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

This is considered a full-time schedule within our spa.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
