Licensed Esthetician

High Brow Boutique is expanding.

We are seeking an Esthetician who is deeply committed to their craft, holds themselves to a higher standard, and understands that exceptional results are built through consistency, precision, and intention.

This is not an entry-level environment.
This is a space for providers who take pride in their work, value accountability, and are driven to continually refine their skillset.

This role is for you if you:

• Hold an active Esthiology License in good standing
• Deliver a consistently elevated guest experience with confidence and care
• Have a sharp eye for detail and take ownership of your work
• Value structure, feedback, and ongoing growth
• Thrive in a team that prioritizes professionalism and performance

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in the treatment room
• Strong foundation in Brazilian waxing and hard wax techniques
• Experience in a guest-focused or luxury service environment

Position Details

• W2 position
• Full-time or part-time (25–33 hours per week)
• Must be available weekends
