Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a creative and passionate aesthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for an independent thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can craft their own unique treatments and curate personalized client experiences.

Duties:

• Develop custom facial and aesthetic treatments tailored to clients’ needs.
• Provide consultations and recommend appropriate skincare regimes.
• Maintain a clean, serene, and professional work environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction with personalized care and attention.
• Up-sell additional services or products to clients
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of skin care
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of all services and retail products offered.
• Demonstrate the ability to self-educate on product lines, ingredients, benefits, and proper usage through independent study, product manuals, trainings, and available educational resources.
• Stay current on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to confidently educate clients and support retail sales.'
• Participate in team trainings and apply learned techniques to daily responsibilities.
• Support overall business goals by contributing to service quality, client satisfaction, and retail growth.

Requirements:
- Valid Tennessee Esthetician license
- Proven experience in performing facials, waxing, lash & brow services
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
