Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, and advanced skincare procedures, while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment that values skill development, customer satisfaction, and innovation in beauty treatments. The licensed esthetician will also assist with retail sales, product demonstrations, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials (Glo2 and Hydrafacial), body waxing, microneedling, and laser treatments using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Engage in retail sales through product demos and upselling techniques to promote skincare lines and beauty products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and increase brand visibility.
• Stay current with industry trends such as med spa treatments, to offer innovative solutions.
• Assist with management tasks when needed and contribute to a positive team environment through excellent communication skills.

Skills

• Valid Esthetician certification required.
• Experience with esthetic lasers, Glo2facial, Hydrafacial, waxing, and other advanced skincare procedures prefferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa or salon setting.
• Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes. Must market themselves and collaborate with the company's social media.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.
