Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Manage medical records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages to boost client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends & new techniques.
• Experience
• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in performing skin treatments and other esthetic services.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and health regulations in a spa or salon setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
