Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion,with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, makeup application, hair threading, and tattooing techniques to provide innovative services.
• Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and post-treatment instructions to maximize results.
• Manage sales of skincare products and retail items while delivering excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience performing skin treatments such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, peels, etc.
• Strong background in sanitation protocols and infection control procedures within a professional spa or clinic setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for maintaining accurate medical records and client documentation.
• Experience in providing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, and other esthetic services is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.

Pay: $26.95 - $35.00 per hour
