You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. We are a family owned and operated spa located in the heart of Addison (Whole Foods Market complex at Belt Line & DNT) that offers an affordable high end spa experience to our clients. Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze, consult and perform facials in a professional and comfortable setting
• Directing all efforts to customer satisfaction
• Excellent knowledge of all spa services and retail products
• Follow spa service traditions to ensure service standards and consistency are met
• Ensure spa service atmosphere remains consistent with brand

Qualifications:

• Esthetics License/Certification in the State of Texas
• Minimum of one (1) year of spa experience preferred
• Must have specific hands-on experience in facial and body waxing/hair removal
• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Positive, energetic, personable and passionate regarding the skin care industry
• Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to adapt new techniques and ideas
• Computer literate
• Must be customer service oriented
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
