Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician with 2+ years hands on experience to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a positive impact on every guest’s experience. Full time position for four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to their skin type and concerns.
• Stay current with industry trends such as esthetic laser advancements, and new skincare products to offer innovative solutions.
• Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control protocols essential for a safe treatment environment.
• Formal training in esthetics, including certification as a Licensed Esthetician.
• Proficiency in advanced esthetic techniques such as facials and laser treatments.
• Knowledge of medical records management related to skincare treatments and client health information.
