We are looking for individuals who provide best-in-class facial and waxing services, can thrive in a team environment and are willing to work within the framework of the requirements necessary to succeed.

Licensed Esthetician

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet clients in professional, friendly manner and select the appropriate facial based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form and skin analysis.
• Obtain client’s informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the facial.
• Educating each client on the benefits of facials specific to each client and recommend a facial plan to achieve client goals.
• Work at front desk helping to schedule appointments and doing facial consultations when not booked for facials.
• Must be available and up by the retail area when not in a facial service to assist clients with questions about products.
• Maintain strong sales to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Complete accurate and detailed S.O.A.P. notes.
• Following Company provided protocols for all services.
• Maintaining a clean and organized retail area by dusting shelves, arranging shelf talkers, and displaying product specials.
• Completing inventory control by counting products before, during, and after each shift.
• Maintain a professional clean appearance of self and Spa.
• Following sanitation and room set up protocols and keeping the esthetics room clean.
• Occasional promoting of the Spa to outside businesses.
• Repêchage is the only product line you will be promoting, and conflict of interest with another product line sales will be strictly prohibited.
• Having a positive attitude about Repêchage products is of utmost importance, being educated on the brand, where it comes from, how and where it is made, etc.
