Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, licensed esthetician to join our team part-time with the potential to grow into a larger role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, confident in performing treatments, and eager to build and maintain their own clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional skincare services including facials and chemical peels

- Provide personalized skincare recommendations and homecare guidance

- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and follow all sanitation protocols

- Build and retain clientele through excellent service and client relationships

- Actively promote yourself and your services (social media, referrals, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Active Esthetician License (required)

- Experience with facials and chemical peels preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated with a desire to grow your books

- Comfortable promoting yourself and engaging on social media

Compensation:

Commission / Service-based
