Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a passionate, goal driven, and experienced Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the skin and products to offer exceptional skincare treatments, select body waxing and sugaring, and facial waxing, followed with wonderful customer service skills. Being skilled in Lash Lifting and Tinting is a plus! You will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through lash treatments, brow services, facial/body waxing and sugaring, and skincare treatments.

Duties

• Provide expert consultations to clients regarding their wanted outcome from their skincare treatments to achieve their skincare goals
• Educate clients about appropriate skincare products.
• Drive retail sales by recommending appropriate products based on individual client needs.
• Offer precise brow, facial, and body waxing techniques, executing the removal of unwanted hair, as well as shaping &. tinting the brows to the client‘s liking.
• Select body waxing and sugaring will be required, determined by skill level.
• Build clientele to maximize your income, and grow as an esthetician.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry.
• 2 year experience preferred
• Proof of Esthetician licensing in the state of Wisconsin
• Proficiency in facial waxing techniques
• Knowledge in brow and lash tinting
• Proof of certification for lash services is a plus.
• Attention to detail for best service outcome.
• Experience with dermaplaning and other advanced skincare treatments such as microchanneling and Hydrafacials is preferred.
• Strong retail sales skills to effectively promote products and services.
• Attention to detail for cleanliness of facility is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure client satisfaction.
• A commitment to ongoing education in beauty trends and techniques.
• Creating an inviting atmosphere where clients can feel their best while receiving top-notch services!
• A want to grow in an environment with other beauty professionals.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 16 per week
