We are looking to bring on a like-minded esthetician who feels aligned with a slower, more intuitive way of working and is excited to grow within a supportive and evolving space.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position with opportunity for growth.

You will be working under The Illume Room, supporting clients through customized facial treatments and more while learning and embodying the Illume approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing customized facials using The Illume Room method
• Supporting clients through thoughtful, non-salesy recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment space
• Following sanitation and state board protocols
• Contributing to a consistent and elevated guest experience

Growth + Compensation:

This is a growth-based role with increasing earning potential over time.

• Hourly + commission structure
• 20% service commission to start
• Growth to 25% and 30% based on performance
• Retail commission + bonus opportunities

As your confidence and clientele grow, so does your earning potential.
