Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
• Conduct consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options such as tattoo removal or skin rejuvenation, and set realistic expectations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by creating a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and repeat visits.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like makeup application or hair threading, and advancements in esthetic laser technology to continuously improve service quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetician services with valid licensure.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation procedures.
• Skilled in performing diverse treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively and addressing client concerns professionally.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record-keeping of medical history and treatment documentation.
• Effective sales skills to recommend products or additional services that meet client needs while supporting business growth.
