Who You Are:

You are a North Carolina Licensed Esthetician with related clinical skincare experience. You are a professional who values quality services based on the guests' needs. You preferably have one year of experience of providing hair removal services and/or facial services in a spa setting. You are dynamic and able to adapt to different services as needed which may include shifts with only waxing services or a mix of facial and waxing services. You are intellectually curious and seek to gain knowledge about the industry for your own fulfillment. You have a basic understanding of clinical skincare and are passionate to continue to learn in this ever growing field. You are punctual, dependable, and on-time with your services. You enjoy working individually, and as a team. You are comfortable with providing a consultation and post care conversation with guests. You are communicative and honest about your needs and open to receiving objective feedback. You enjoy working with guests and have at least one year experience working in customer service in spa and/or hospitality related industries.

Location: Historic Biltmore Village in Asheville, North Carolina.

Shift Availability:

PT (20-32 hrs/week) / FT (32+/week)

A variety of morning (9 am-2 pm), afternoon shifts (1pm-6pm), or full-day shifts (10 am-6pm)

*Please note that this position requires a dedicated shift on both Friday and Saturdays (10-5p)

Pay: $4,000-$5,000 per month (Full-time status-32 hrs/week)

Responsibilities include:

• Proper care for equipment
• Mindful about product usage
• Perform consultation and post treatment product recommendations for each guest.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout each shift
• Practicing within the safety and health code guidelines that is mandated by the North Carolina Board of Cosmetology
• Upselling products and services in alignment with each individual guests needs

Job Requirements include:

• Must possess an active North Carolina Esthetician and must continue education in order to maintain an active licensure.
• Responsible for efficient, effective, and high quality service provisions while adhering to our guidelines and standards. Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. Includes: body/facial waxing, and lash/brow tinting services.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be okay with working in an environment that is fast paced
• Must have reliable transportation and either planning to relocate to Asheville or already living in the Asheville area.
