Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, licensed esthetician who is experienced, client-focused, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced med spa environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in skincare treatments, confident in consultations, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including:
• Facials ( lifting, hydrafacial, etc.)
• Dermaplaning
• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new techniques

Qualifications

• Active and certified Esthetician License in MA
• Previous experience in a spa or med spa setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience or comfort recommending products/services
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve results

Pay: $22.00 per hour
