Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services and skincare service, as well as possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Must be willing to work weekends.

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions and preform skincare services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction with each service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding eyelash styles, aftercare, and maintenance, as well as consults on clients specific skincare needs and what services will benefit them the most.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software such as Vagaro.
• Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
• Upsell additional services and products to clients during appointments.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash extensions and other beauty services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Experience

• Proven experience as an licensed esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred; additional certifications in related services (e.g., botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers) are a plus.
• Familiarity with other various beauty treatments including body waxing, facial waxing, medical facial treatments, and etc.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and guest relations.
• Experience with retail sales and product demonstrations is beneficial.
• Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour
