Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Hourly + Performance Incentives)

Lazuk Esthetics is expanding into Alpharetta with a refined, results-driven approach to modern skincare—rooted in a wellness-first philosophy and a strong focus on skin barrier repair. We are seeking a licensed esthetician who is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a structured, high-performance environment.

This role is well-suited for entry to mid-level estheticians looking to build advanced skills through hands-on experience and consistent treatment execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform luxury facial treatments following established protocols
• Deliver body contouring services using non-invasive technologies
• Administer roller massage treatments for lymphatic drainage and body sculpting
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• Follow defined service workflows to ensure consistency and quality of treatment delivery

Client Experience Standard

• Provide a professional, consistent, and detail-oriented service experience
• Support a wellness-first environment centered on skin health and barrier restoration
• Contribute to a setting focused on routine, structure, and long-term client care

Growth & Training

• Structured onboarding with training in Lazuk Esthetics service protocols
• Ongoing development in advanced treatments and device-based services
• Opportunity to expand into laser hair removal and additional service offerings

Compensation Structure

• Hourly pay (1099 contractor model)
• Performance-based incentives, including:
• Commission on esthetic services
• Commission on retail skincare (Dr. Lazuk Cosmetics® line)
• Earnings scale with consistency, performance, and contribution to overall service volume

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Active Georgia Esthetician License
• Foundational experience in facials or spa services
• Demonstrates a white-glove service mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Understands the importance of delivering an elevated, consistent client experience at every touchpoint
• Professional, polished, and aligned with a high-standard, luxury service environment
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working within structured protocols
• Motivated to grow within a wellness-focused, results-driven setting
