Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress.
• Provide expert makeup application and hair threading services to enhance clients’ appearance.
• Educate clients on skincare products, procedures, and aftercare to promote ongoing skin health.
• Uphold all state licensing requirements and adhere to health regulations related to cosmetology and esthetic practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, and skin anatomy is highly desirable.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends including tattooing techniques or new esthetic laser technologies is a plus. Pay: $30.58 - $36.83 per hour
