Job Summary: We are looking for an innovative, passionate and dedicated Esthetician to join and enrich our small but dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to going above and beyond to find solutions for our cherished clients, prioritizes a growth-oriented mindset, looking to advance their career in esthetics, takes deep pride in understanding the wellness and skincare consumer landscapes and is excited about the possibility of helping us grow and develop the brand to help serve more women more deeply through transformative skincare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to providing high-quality facial treatments and skin care services, accurately diagnosing client skincare problems and curating customized recommendation plans while ensuring our clients feel seen, heard, validated and rejuvenated upon each and every visit.

Responsibilities:

* Perform various skin care, waxing and beauty treatments and services.

* Evaluate clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.

* Contribute to the content creation and brand building of The Glow Co & The Glow Co's marketing efforts.

* Manage appointment bookings and maintain client records with the utmost confidentiality.

* Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized and prepared for each client.

* Provide excellent customer service and foster relationships with clients to build customer loyalty.

* Manage client check ins, feedback and ongoing Membership Support.

* Participate in ongoing education and training provided by The Glow Co.

Qualifications:

* Licensed Esthetician

* Proven experience as an esthetician or in a similar role.

* Excellent knowledge of skincare products and facial treatment techniques with a willingness to grow, learn and stay up to date on market shifts and client demands.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Effective
communication, active listening and conflict management skills.

* Is a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Flexible schedule with availability to work evening shifts and eventually expand to day shifts as the company grows

* Willingness to develop technical skills in relation to studio processes that allow for more efficient and productive internal workflows

* Proactive problem solving & process improvement: You actively find solutions to the challenges you face and take the initiative to implement changes, enhance productivity, efficiency, growth opportunity and increase team/client morale.

Compensation; Depends on Experience
