Licensed Esthetician

We are currently seeking a passionate and detail oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our team! As a Licensed Esthetician at Aeterna Aesthetics, you will play a vital role in enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of our clients. Qualifications
- Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about aesthetics, self-motivated, driven, - -and reliable with a STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE
- Valid Esthetician license in the state of Colorado
- 1-2 years experience performing esthetic treatments
- Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day per week. (Sat or Sun)
- Must possess the following certifications: Dermaplane, Chemical Peel, Microneedling

-Background with machines similar to hydrafacial, diamond glow, etc

-Laser certification is a plus
- Knowledge of current esthetic treatment practices, products and trend Familiarity with charting client treatments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with clarity
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with patients
- Must be confident when recommending memberships, enhancements, and products
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

-Strong social media presence

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to customize treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Educate patients on treatment options/product offerings and present recommendations.
- Perform a range of esthetic treatments, including but not limited to: facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning.
- Collaborate with other team members in order to execute treatment plans and achieve results.
- Ensure the safe and effective use of various skin care equipment and products.
- Properly maintain treatment records and photographs.
- Have a good working knowledge of all treatments offered within the practice, and cross promote other services offered.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and at-home maintenance for optimal results.
- Recommend and sell skincare products suited to clients needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide post-treatment instructions and follow up with clients to assess treatment effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Actively promote the med spa, treatments, retail, and current promotions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in skincare and esthetic technologies. - Participate in ongoing training and certification as required.
- Assist with spa operations including greeting customers, answering calls, selling services, using POS system to check out clients, light cleaning, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
