Licensed Esthetician

Luminous Luxe Spa is a Medical and Esthetics Spa practice and is looking for a Licensed Esthetician to help grow our Spa. We are asking for at least 3+ years of experience, including familiarity with Spa equipment and willingness to learn to safely and efficiently operate the equipment. Which include: LipoLaser, Cavitation, SonoBlanket, EMSculpt, Biotherapapeutic, and Delfin. We are willing to train someone with some experience with these devices or similar.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented with the safe operation of equipment and supplies, can perform proper service protocol, a friendly and responsible person who is also self-started and organized. The position requires excellent people skills, and great verbal and written communication with clients and Supervisors daily. Able to book appointments, track inventory, and complete sales using our Vagaro System. The Esthetician should portray the standards of the spa with proper hygiene and attire (if a smoker, be sure to freshen up before attending to clients). Experience with Waxing is a PLUS++.

We are also looking for someone in this position to have experience with Social Media and Marketing. Compensation for these services will paid separately. We can discuss this in detail upon meeting and interview.

Position Requirements:

• Motivated and talented with the drive to improve our client's body concerns and goals. This includes the ability to offer complimentary services and products when assessing clients.
• We offer Facials, Peels, Micro-channeling, Micro-dermabrasion, Body contouring, Wood Therapy, RF therapies, Body Detox, Butt Cupping, Teeth Whitening, Waxing and Body Contouring
• Individuals should be able to work and complete sessions during scheduled slot times independently
• Individuals should have customer service and sales skills
• Have experience working with and building up books of clientele
• Able to promote and sell spa products during and after appointments
• Capability to work full-time hours including evenings and weekends, if needed
• Have reliable transportation to/from work and a dedication to punctuality.

We offer hourly-rate pay on some positions, however further discussion is necessary.
