We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. We are a small, supportive group who truly cares about our clients and each other. That is why we are looking for someone special. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. Your expertise in various techniques will enhance our clients' experiences and help them achieve their desired results. Full time position but flexible schedule. This is a competitive pay-commission based job depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, scalp facials, and more.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and routines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in the industry.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Indiana Esthetician License.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in products and ingredients, showcasing knowledge of skincare products.
• Be active on social media.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Have established clientele or motivated to build one.
• Willing to learn.
