Licensed Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to uphold a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while respecting client confidentiality.
• Assist in sales by recommending suitable skincare products and retail items that complement treatments.
• Stay informed about the latest industry techniques, including tattooing (if certified) and esthetic laser advancements, to continually enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• Proven experience performing facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic services.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards essential for client protection.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and advanced skincare techniques such as dermabrasion or laser treatments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.

Pay: $27.04 - $32.56 per hour
