Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team in a weekend-focused role, with the opportunity to also work Mondays. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with clients, and is passionate about both results and experience.

The Esthetician will provide professional facial, waxing, and select body treatments while delivering a high level of care, education, and service. The ideal candidate has strong facial massage and extraction skills, communicates confidently with clients, and is comfortable recommending home care products to support long-term skin health.

Schedule Expectations

• Required: Saturday and Sunday availability
• Optional: Mondays available for additional hours
• Possilbe opportunity for growth into additional days as clientele builds

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial, waxing, and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols
• Stay on schedule and complete services within allotted timeframes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room in compliance with all regulations
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized guest experience
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend retail products to support results
• Maintain knowledge of all spa services, products, and offerings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Assist with general spa operations and support team needs as they arise
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and continuing education
• Report equipment issues or client concerns to management promptly

Qualifications

• Current Montana Esthetics License (required)
• Strong knowledge of skin health and treatment techniques
• Excellent facial massage and extraction skills
• Passion for client care and delivering high-quality service
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with retail recommendations and client education
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
