Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing luxury beauty and wellness lounge. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering real results, building client relationships, and growing within a results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is confident in performing treatments, educating clients, and recommending services and products that support long-term skin health. Social media content creation is a required part of this role.

Duties

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and advanced corrective services
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on their skin, homecare routines, and treatment expectations
• Recommend and sell skincare products to support treatment results
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
• Capture before/after photos and create social media content (with client consent)
• Post consistently on social media (stories, posts, or reels) to promote services and build clientele
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage rebooking and retention
• Stay up to date on skincare knowledge, techniques, and industry trends

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License in North Carolina
• Previous hands-on experience performing skincare treatments (required)
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, especially acne and hyperpigmentation
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Perform body waxing services (including Brazilian waxing preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to educate clients and confidently recommend treatments/products
• Comfortable creating and posting social media content consistently
• Willingness to learn and grow in a results-driven environment
• Flexible schedule (must have some weekday and Saturday availability)

Preferred

• Experience with chemical peels, microneedling, or corrective skincare treatments
• Sales experience (products and service packages)
• Experience building or promoting on social media platforms
