Remedy Bar is a boutique wellness and aesthetics clinic in Castle Pines, CO — founded and led by Jaime McNitt, a physician assistant with 20+ years of experience in dermatology, hormones, and functional medicine. We're not your average med spa. We listen, educate, and empower our clients with cutting-edge, compassionate care — from hormone replacement therapy to advanced skin treatments. Our clients come in feeling dismissed by traditional healthcare and leave feeling truly seen.

The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled, experienced esthetician to anchor our growing aesthetics program. This is a clinical-leaning role for someone who takes skin seriously. You'll perform a full menu of advanced services including customized facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, body contouring, microneedling, and RF microneedling. Facial waxing and brow services are a plus. This is not an entry-level position — we want someone who geeks out over skin.

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado esthetician license (required)
• Hands-on experience with lasers, microneedling, and/or RF microneedling
• Deep knowledge of skin physiology, topical ingredients, and cosmeceuticals
• Strong expertise in acne, troubled skin, and aging skin — including active ingredient protocols (retinoids, acids, peptides, antioxidants)
• Ability to build customized treatment plans and educate clients on their skin
• Facial waxing and brow experience is a welcome bonus
• Warm, professional presence with strong consultation skills
