Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Esthetician who is eager to bring positive energy, work hard, and grow with our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, a strong work ethic, and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality body waxing services, including but not limited to full-body, bikini, and facial waxing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and provide personalized recommendations and aftercare advice.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive studio atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in waxing and skincare.

Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician License in Tennessee.
• Proven experience in providing waxing services is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to grow with the business.
