Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aesthetician to join our medical spa team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about advanced aesthetic treatments, clinical results, and delivering an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Consultations
- Perform thorough skin assessments and consultations
- Develop customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance
- Deliver a consistent, high-end client experience from start to finish
- Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and care
Treatment Services
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
- Customized medical-grade facials
- Hydrafacial / aqua facials
- Microdermabrasion
- Superficial chemical peels (within scope)
- Body contouring treatments
- Follow all clinical protocols and treatment guidelines
- Ensure treatments are performed with precision, safety, and consistency
Operations & Clinical Standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment environment
- Follow all infection control, OSHA, and state board regulations
- Properly disinfect all tools, devices, and treatment areas
- Accurately document treatments, client notes, and progress in EMR/software
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked and prepared for each service
- Manage schedule efficiently to maintain on-time service flow
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with providers, nurses, and front desk team
- Support overall clinic operations and client experience
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and protocol updates
Performance Expectations
- Maintain high treatment quality and consistency across all services
- Adhere to clinic protocols, timing standards, and operational workflows
- Demonstrate efficiency in managing a full schedule without compromising quality
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention through service excellence
- Uphold all clinical and brand standards at all times
Professional Development
- Stay current with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices
- Continuously refine skills in aesthetic treatments and client care
- Maintain all required licenses and certifications
Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License (State of California or applicable state)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic setting preferred
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and advanced treatments
- Proficiency with EMR or scheduling software (Acuity, Zenoti, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication and client care skills
