We're a skincare spa in Honolulu specializing in facials, acne treatments, lash lifts, waxing, and advanced skincare. We carry Face Reality, Glymed+, Circadia, PCA Skin, and Colorscience, and we're passionate about real results for our clients. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and genuinely in love with what we do.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, great with clients, and ready to build something. Experience is a plus, but the right attitude and a passion for the craft matter more to us. If you're motivated, reliable, and love being part of a team that lifts each other up, we want to hear from you.

This is a part-time position with a clear path to full-time as your book grows.

We are looking for someone who can work these appointment hours:

• Tuesday 9am–1pm
• Thursday 11am–4pm
• Sunday 10am–2pm

This is a client based schedule - you work when you have appointments. As your book grows, so do your hours.

What you'll be doing:

We set our team up for success by introducing services one at a time — so you can feel confident in every single one before moving on to the next.

From day one:

• Custom facials and skin consultations
• Lash lifts + tints
• Brow lamination + tints
• Product recommendations and retail sales
• Keeping your space clean and client-ready

As you grow with us:

• Full body speed waxing
• Chemical peels
• Acne treatments (Face Reality certification provided)

Requirements:

• Valid Hawaii esthetician or cosmetologist license
• Lash lift & Brow Lamination experience preferred — please include photos of your work with your application (if applicable)
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Reliable, motivated, and a true team player

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
