Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and hair styling to meet individual client needs.
• Administer advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments, Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, and tattooing with precision and safety.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos that educate clients on benefits and proper usage.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean and compliant with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, share updates, and build lasting relationships.
• Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and upselling treatments or packages to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Stay current on industry trends including color theory, makeup application, nail care, hair extensions, barbering techniques, straight razor shaves, and hospitality standards to deliver top-tier service.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with knowledge of cosmetology practices and esthetic laser treatments.
• Strong management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and promote services confidently.
• Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engage with the community online.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments including Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, tattooing, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, deep tissue massage, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and use of straight razors.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Sales acumen combined with upselling techniques to maximize retail opportunities while maintaining integrity.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent results across all esthetic services. Pay: $200.00 - $250.00 per year
