Sneed Medispa & Wellness is seeking an exceptional Licensed Esthetician to join our growing, high-end, physician-owned team. We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a current Tennessee Esthetician license

• Is friendly, warm, professional, polished, and confident with patients

• Has strong knowledge of skincare, treatment plans, retail products, and esthetic procedures

• Is dependable, motivated, hard-working, and arrives on time ready to give outstanding patient care

• Is excited to build relationships with patients and help grow the practice

• Has excellent communication and sales skills with a genuine passion for helping others

• Wants a long-term position and career growth rather than “just a job”

Preferred Experience:

• Medispa or medical esthetics experience

• Experience with facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microneedling, laser treatments, or advanced skincare services

• Knowledge of professional-grade skincare products and treatment protocols

• Laser experience is a major plus

• Experience recommending and selling skincare products and treatment packages
