Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time → Full-Time Opportunity)

We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our growing, results-driven skincare studio. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right candidate.

This position is best suited for someone who values structure, takes ownership of their role, and is committed to delivering an exceptional, high-touch client experience.

What you’ll do:

• Perform customized, results-driven treatments
• Build client relationships through trust and education
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products
• Maintain timely, detailed client notes
• Follow established protocols to ensure consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space

Requirements:

• Active esthetician license
• Must be comfortable in a structured, systems-based environment
• Saturdays or Sundays are required
• 1+ year experience preferred (new graduates with strong sales ability and willingness to follow systems may be considered

Compensation:

• $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
• Commission on services and retail
• Tips
• High earning potential for estheticians who are strong in client education and product sales
