The HOTTEST new sugaring and wax hair removal salon — Hello Sugar — has opened in downtown Whitefish Bay!

We’re building a family of estheticians who want flexible hours and opportunities for both personal and professional growth. We offer free training in the latest sugaring techniques.

Hello Sugar’s fun, inclusive brand focuses on positive body image and confidence. Our slogan is “It hurts less here” — and it truly does! We proudly offer full-body waxing, including Brazilian's to both men and women.

We are looking to cover 2-3 shifts per week, about 15-20 hours at our salon suite, located in the charming Enliven Collective in downtown Whitefish Bay. There is potential to add shifts as we expand, as well as esthetician-to-owner & certified trainer programs. Our top-notch social media and marketing team will work hard to keep your books full.

Responsibilities

• Provide education-based skin services (we teach clients about proper skincare during waxing).
• Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services on men and women.
• Conduct skin consultations.
• Perform brow consultations prior to waxing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation; assist with overall salon sanitation.
• Sell memberships and products.
• Attend employee education and development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly).
• Build rapport quickly with clients and deliver exceptional service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
