We are looking for a passionate Licensed Esthetician who thrives in advanced treatments, client education, and long-term skin transformation.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced facial and aesthetic treatments including:

• Customized facials
• Hydrafacial-style treatments
• RF microneedling support
• Chemical peels
• Laser rejuvenation
• Laser hair removal
• Acne and anti-aging treatments
• Body Contouring Treatments
• Educate clients on skincare regimens and memberships
• Recommend retail products based on treatment goals
• Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards
• Build repeat clientele and long-term treatment plans
• Assist with before/after photography and social media content

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Esthetician License
• Experience in med spa or advanced aesthetics preferred
• Experience using laser aesthetic treatment machines
• Strong knowledge of skin health and treatment protocols
• Comfortable with sales, memberships, and retail recommendations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
