Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, and more.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare routines using advanced knowledge of color theory and skin health.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare products, routines, and aftercare to promote long-term results and satisfaction.
• Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control practices, and safety protocols essential for esthetic services.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; additional certifications such as tattooing or medical esthetic laser treatment are a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient appointment scheduling and record keeping.
• Proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic techniques.
• Understanding of color theory to enhance makeup application and skin tone matching.

Pay: $31.73 - $38.22 per hour
