Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance
• Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services with precision and professionalism
• Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes, offering tailored treatment plans
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client progress
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment
• Certified in cosmetology with specialized training in esthetic laser treatments, tattooing (if applicable), and other advanced skincare techniques
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancements
• Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management
• Skilled in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures
• Ability to educate clients effectively about skincare products, treatments, and overall wellness strategies

Pay: $17.13 - $50.00 per hour
