Licensed Esthetician – Tropicana Spa (New Opening)

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new spa at Tropicana Atlantic City and are seeking experienced, professional Licensed Estheticians to join our growing team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fresh, elevated spa concept from the ground up, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy resort environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments and services
• Must be skilled in:
• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical Peels
• Dermaplaning
• LED Light Therapy
• Lash lifts, and eyebrow Lamination
• Lash extensions and cluster application is a plus but not required
• makeup application is a plus but not required
• Full Body Waxing
• Recommend and sell retail skincare products to meet sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing treatment environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and customized skincare plans
• Assist at the front desk when needed

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 3+ years of professional spa experience required
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and product recommendations
• Ability to meet retail sales goals
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Must be comfortable assisting with front desk duties
• NO STUDENTS – fully licensed professionals only

Pay: $26.93 - $32.43 per hour
