Licensed Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Provide professional consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling suitable items to enhance their results.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and responding to inquiries to build lasting relationships.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience from check-in to check-out.
• Stay current on industry trends such as hair threading, hair extensions, makeup application, tattooing, and barbering techniques to offer innovative treatments.
• Support team collaboration by participating in product demos, training sessions, and promotional events aimed at increasing service awareness.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, facial therapies, eyelash extensions, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills for handling client schedules, retail sales, and social media engagement effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in all service areas.
• Experience with Med Spa environments or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour
