Job Overview

Icon Aesthetics is a growing luxury medical spa in Valparaiso, Indiana seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about skincare, client relationships, and delivering elevated patient experiences in a modern aesthetic environment.

The ideal candidate is confident in consultations, treatment planning, client retention, and educating patients on skincare and wellness. Medical spa experience and an existing clientele are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations and treatments
• Educate clients on skincare and treatment recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recommend retail skincare products and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes
• Participate in social media content and practice marketing initiatives
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and treatment room standards
• Collaborate with the team to support practice growth and patient satisfaction

Preferred Experience

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Facials
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• RF Microneedling
• Laser/IPL treatments
• Medical-grade skincare
• Body contouring technologies

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Esthetics License
• 1+ years of aesthetics experience preferred
• Medical spa experience preferred
• Existing clientele/book of business preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with social media and content creation
• Professional, dependable, and growth-minded
