Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients’ goals while ensuring excellent customer service with our sales team to generate client returns .

bonuses - hourly pay - minimum four hour shifts usually between 4-9 hours daily . 3-6 clients daily . - monthly bonuses based on client retention made by our sales team requiring a group effort for client Retention . monthly bonuses based on client reviews . building a way for us to grow together and always reach our goals .

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• prior spa experience , work setting .
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and infection control procedures to uphold safety standards.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping of client information and treatment history.
• client retention , booking , call backs, scheduling etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to deliver personalized service while maintaining professionalism.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with hydra facials, chemical peels , dermabrasion techniques, medical records management, sales skills, and proficiency in using various skincare tools. Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
